At Shopee365.com we continuously focus to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution. Shopee365.com reserves the right to limit returns, refunds or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
You may return the product only if request is made within hours 48 hours from receipt of material and also not later than10 days from date of order. We reserve the right to reject your request or refund after 10 days. We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.
And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.
To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original boxes, packaging should be intact. You must preserve the packing in original condition and the product returned must be in similar condition at time of receipt and should not have been installed, used or have any signs of fitment.
- In the case of item’s fault claim, decision will be taken after inspection done by the manufacturer or certified organization.
- We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
- No returns will be accepted if there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping and finance (gateway) costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to intimate you that we have received your returned item. We will also intimate you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days of our approval.
- In order to protect Payer, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and to the same account from which it was originated.
- We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
Conditions: : Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and “Other” merchandise are non-refundable. Shopee365.com reserves the right to limit returns, refunds or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
Non-Returnable Items :
The list below provides a high-level list of merchandise that is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, the Team Member may override the denial and process the return. This list represents most but not necessarily all of the non-returnable parts.

You may return the product only if request is made within hours 48 hours from receipt of material and also not later than10 days from date of order. We reserve the right to reject your request or refund after 10 days.
- Register your complaint by the customer service team. This is mandatory information which is needed to know about the status of the complaint and for returning the Product.
- Please pack the product back in its packing and mention the following details √ Order #: Number generated at the time of order Placement. √ Reason for Return: Please choose a reason from the below mentioned list
- Defective Product
- Damaged Delivery
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Others- If others then please specify (Please mention the reason in Hindi /English only) √ Your full Contact Details: Your name, address, phone number and email address. √ DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) certificate: Needed only if you are returning a Defective Manufacture warranty product. √ Picture of Damaged Product: Needed only if you are returning a Damaged Manufacture warranty product.

If you got a pickup scheduled, then keep your package ready. If you are sending it via courier, please ensure that the courier provides order tracking and you got the courier receipt with you.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a scanned copy of courier charges receipt, please mention the Order # clearly in email and also send picture of the product if you received a damaged product. This email is required for the acceptance of the product, tracking, exchange, refund...Etc.
Do you provide a pick up from the doorstep in case I want to return a product?
We will not be able to provide pickup from your doorstep. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
What is the return procedure if I have received a wrong product?
In case if you have received a wrong product from our side then please register a complaint at email@example.com within 48 Hrs of delivery and also not later than10 days from date of order to start the refund/replacement process of your product.
What is the Payment Mode for Refund?
In order to protect Payer, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and to the same account from which it was originated. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days of our approval. Usually, it takes not more than 5 working days for the bank to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please, contact your bank first. Note:You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled if it’s dispatched from our end.
