Partial COD Policy

Shopee365 has introduced Partial COD policy to provide customers with greater security, flexibility, and control over their purchasing decisions. A “Partial COD Policy" where buyer is required to pay a portion of the total amount upfront before the delivery or shipment of goods. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or receipt of the goods. 

We take 20% of the invoice value upfront and remaining 80% at the time of delivery. This may change without any prior notice.

Partial COD is applicable for the products ranging from 500-15000.

Once the partial payment is received, the order is confirmed, and the goods are prepared for delivery.

Partial COD allows customers to manage their cash flow more effectively. They can make a smaller upfront payment and plan for the remaining balance, which can be easier on their budget.

Partial COD policies can offer flexibility in payment, which is beneficial for customers who might not have the full amount available at the time of ordering but can manage a deposit and the remaining balance upon delivery.

No Discount Coupons, Cashbacks, rewards are valid on Partial-COD Orders.

If customer has not accepted Partial COD order in any case, then 20% of the invoice will be deducted as restocking fee. A restocking fee is a charge that businesses apply when a customer returns a product or doesn’t accepts the product. This fee helps cover the costs associated with handling the return, such as inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.

At Shopee365, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you choose not to accept delivery of your order (For any case), a partial deduction of 20% of the invoice value will be applied. Reason for deduction is based on restocking fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to you as per refund policy. Please go through refund policy.

Restocking fees apply if the item is returned due to reasons other than defects or errors on our part.
