If you receive a defective item, or if we’ve sent you the wrong product, we offer a replacement policy to ensure you get what you need. That’s why we have a replacement policy and request for the same should be raised within 48 hours from the receipt of material that has manufacturer’s defect/damage or Shopee365 has all the rights to reject the complaint. Our acceptance will be subject to fulfilment of below conditions. We also reserve the right to reject your request or refund at our discretion.

Replacement Policy:
Mandatory for any claims: Recording an unboxing video (uncut video) at the time of delivery can be a useful practice for documenting the condition of the item and handling any potential claims. If you encounter any issues with your product, please provide the unboxing video as part of your claim process to assist us in resolving the matter quickly.
Incorrect Product delivered: Usually we showcase actual pictures of the item on our portal to make it easy for customers in purchasing. We mention complete details about compatibility and other factors under specifications. Still if customer need any clarification he can raise a request/ticket under respected category. If customer believes that product delivered is different that ordered one, then in that case customer must provide pictures/videos of the item received/ordered/existing part in single frame by highlighting the differences. We cannot be responsible if customer fails to raise a request within timeframe and without proper evidences (like Pictures/videos)
In the case of any defect, decision will be taken after inspection done by the manufacturer or certified organization.
Non-returnable/non-replaceable items include: Imported/Aftermarket parts, electrical parts, fragile parts, Fuel Pumps & Motors, Ignition coils, all kind of Sensors, Turbo core & chargers, Door Rubber Parts (Like Door Rubbers, Beading, Garnish...etc.), Clock Springs, Wiper Motors, Bulky/Large Items (Like Bumpers, Hoods, Doors, Grills...etc.) special-order products, consumable products, custom-made products, painted parts, parts that have been modified, and opened/unsealed electrical parts.
No replacement will be applicable if there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. You can directly check with manufacturer/brand consumer care for any claims/help over their official website.
In short Replacement will be applicable only if its defective item (excluding non-replaceable items mentioned above), incorrect item (Product not same as described on the product page) & damage during shipment (with proper evidences).
No refund for the parts wrongly ordered by the customer.
In any case if Return accepted by us will be eligible for refund after deduction of 20% of Invoice value or courier charges whichever is higher.
If product found to be defective and if we are in no position to provide you replacement, for such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
All products subject to a claim must contain a defect in workmanship or material. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.
All items must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the claims.
The Claim/Warranty is subject to the General Limitations below.
General Limitations (Applies to all Products)
The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
Any claims do not cover any labour costs or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, physical injuries or property damage, loss of time, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, air freight charges, rental vehicle charges, towing charges or accommodations resulting from a defect in or failure of the part.
A prepaid shipping label will be issued for all returns due to claim.
You must provide our Invoice copy as proof of purchase for any claims.
Any damage or tamper found on the package should be mentioned in the document of logistics company (Proof of delivery).
The claim does not cover lost or stolen packages. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part. Freight charges will be reimbursed as shopee points in your account.
While returning the package (make a video), customer must make sure that the parts are re-packed properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit as Shopee365 will not be liable for refunds/return in case the part got damaged (while in transit) due to improper packaging.
If product found to be defective, then replacements are applicable for the same item only unless we are not in a position to give replacement of the same item then customers can choose a different item of the same price available on our portal.
Expected time frame for processing replacements and shipping out the new item is 2-4 working days once item is received.

DOES NOT ASSUME, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR LABOR EXPENSES, MECHANIC FEES, TOWING EXPENSES, ADDITIONAL REPAIR EXPENSES, RENTAL CAR EXPENSES, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS OR EXPENSES WHICH YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF PARTS SUPPLIED BY OR ON BEHALF OF SHOPEE365.COM, INC., REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH PARTS ARE DEFECTIVE OR WERE SHIPPED IN ERROR.
Shopee365 team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the Proof shared by the customer.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item (if it is approved) and we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we offer a full refund. We take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, we offer a full refund.
Refund Method: Once we receive the defective item, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow maximum 30 days from Pick up date for the refund to be processed. Usually, it takes not more than 5 working days for the bank to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please, contact your bank first. Moreover, if you need details of refund to be presented to the bank, please raise a ticket in respected category.
Payment Gateway charges/internet handling charges are non-refundable in any case.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a customer cancels the order before the dispatch of material, then the payment gateway charges/Internet handling charges will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
Order once dispatched will not be applicable for cancellation. If customer fails to accept the parcel and it got returned. In such case refund will be initiated after deduction of 30% of Invoice value and courier charges (To + Fro). Kindly note courier charges for both ways will be deducted.
