We appreciate your interest, and thank you for allowing us to review your products and company. We will contact you within 3 days of receiving your proposal. Pursuant to Shopee365’s Privacy Policy,  Shopee365 will not share or sell any responses to this questionnaire to third parties.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Shopee365 shall be free to consult with and hire other companies to perform services, and create or provide products similar to those provided by Supplier. Further, Supplier understands that Shopee365 may already be developing internally or receiving, or in the future may develop internally or receive from other parties, products or service that may be similar or identical to Supplier’s products or services. No discussions or disclosures of Supplier shall impair the rights of Shopee365 to make, distribute, procure or provide for itself services or products now, or in the future which may be competitive with any Supplier product or service of any kind or type.

Shopee365 shall not in any way be obligated to acquire or license any technology, information, products or services from Supplier by virtue of this Agreement.
