Shipping Policy

Note that delivery dates displayed on product detail pages and tracking information are estimates only.

“Business days” for ship-out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall on a weekday when counting business days. 

Example #1: Order has a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days and tracking number shows the order left our warehouse on a Monday. Begin counting the following business day (Tuesday). Assuming no holidays fall within the interval of 3-5 business days, you can expect your package to be delivered on Thursday, Friday, or Monday of the following week. 

Example #2: Order has a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days and tracking number shows that order left our warehouse on a Friday. A holiday falls on Saturday. Begin counting from Monday, which is the next business day. You can expect your package to arrive by Friday.

Example #3: Your order was shipped on a Wednesday and you are given an estimated delivery date of Saturday or Sunday. You can expect your order early the following week, as shipments may not be delivered on the weekends and only on business days. 

Shopee365.com may ship via Government Post, India Post and other local agencies due to serviceability issues at those addresses (For eg. Jammu & Kashmir and North eastern states). Orders placed with these types of addresses may result in delays. 

Shipping charges (for both original orders and returns) are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods, or other large parts may still qualify for minimum shipping charges. However, these items require special handling and are usually shipped via truck freight/Cargo Service where delivery or transit times may take a bit longer (see Truck Freight information below). In addition, there may be instances in which orders with multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers depending on the category of the items (For eg. Lights & Mirrors cannot be packed with heavy items like Shocks, Control arms..etc). Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.

Truck Freight

Truck freight applies to orders with large parts or items—such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc.—that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via truck freight. Orders are usually processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery may take up to 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for Zone A, B, C & D. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via telephone or email with a revised shipping quote.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping

Overnight or 2-day shipping is available for most small and medium-sized packages for Major Cities with additional charges. The specific shipping options will be not displayed at checkout but you need check with our executive separately. Air freight carriers reserve the right to extend their delivery times by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and air freight charges will NOT be refunded. These orders are considered as Adhoc and done in special case to help customers. All orders must be received before 1:00 PM IST Monday to Fridays only. No overnight or 2nd-day deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please be advised that if you place your order(s) for overnight or 2nd-day delivery on a holiday, the processing of your order(s) will only begin on the following available business day.

Performance and Accessory Part Orders

All performance and accessory parts are shipped via ground service only. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Shipping times may vary, depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing brush guards, running boards, or other large items may require special handling and are usually shipped via truck freight (see Truck Freight information above), where delivery times may be longer. Overnight and 2-day shipping are not available for performance and accessory part orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage or errors, but if either should occur, please take note of next steps laid out below. 

Note : Recording an unboxing video (uncut video) at the time of delivery can be a useful practice for documenting the condition of the item and handling any potential claims. If you encounter any issues with your product, please provide the unboxing video as part of your claim process to assist us in resolving the matter quickly.

Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or contains items that seem defective. Please note that items may ship separately. You can reach our customer service team via Live Chat or raise a ticket Monday to Saturday from11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. IST. We’re happy to help!

We cannot be responsible for missing or incorrect parts after 7 business days, regardless of which party is at fault.
